About me

I’m a clinically licensed mental health professional with over a decade of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s most challenging moments. I hold a Master of Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor’s in Holistic Psychology with a minor in Expressive Art Therapy from Lesley University. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural competence, and a commitment to individualized, evidence-based care.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including veterans, first responders, and public safety personnel. I understand the unique stressors faced by those who serve our communities and country, and I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for healing and resilience.

My clinical expertise includes trauma recovery, substance use treatment, crisis intervention, and managing serious mental illness (SMI). I’m trained in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and grief counseling. Whether you’re navigating a personal crisis, processing trauma, or seeking long-term emotional wellness, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path to healing.
